Recognized for his approachable nature and meticulous attention to detail, Kayani is frequently instructed in complex litigation across a range of industry sectors and has particular experience of commercial litigation and property disputes.
Notwithstanding that his civil practice has, by reason of his appointments, occupied a significant part of Kayani’s diary over recent years, he is equally focused on, and committed to, his criminal practice.
